SHORT TERM PACKAGES

WEEKLY LONG TERM

$95.00 per week plus electric Includes sewer, water, phone line, wi-fi, full use of pool facilities at the Indian Hills Inn. Credit card or cash deposit required. Electricity meter read weekly. Electricity re-sold at .15 cents per kw/ hour. If guests leave before the regular meter reading, electricity will be averaged over last billed amount.
